Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. Chefs are responsible for the households they create and invite. Clients should use only the account or client code shared with them for their own household.
Menus and dietary information
Generated menus, nutritional figures, ingredient lists and allergy checks are planning aids, not a substitute for professional judgment or medical advice. Always verify ingredients, allergens, quantities and client requirements before shopping, preparing or serving food.
Content and collaboration
Only add information you have permission to share. Treat other people’s personal and dietary information with care. Notes and swap requests are visible to the chef and the relevant client within that household.
